Oil Only has been created as an option for those that want to monitor their own tank. We provide a quality product delivered in a timely fashion, but without the costs of full service company.
Call and notify of amount needed, place your order, and leave a check or cash. Call our office if credit card is used.
A convenience fee will be charged on the credit card.

Delivery Policies
*Our minimum is 150 gallons. If delivery is short allow for a minimum delivery a $50.00 fee will apply.
The best time to order is when your tank i s 1/4 full- should work out to minimum.
*Heating oil can not be removed once it is delivered.
*It is the customers responsibility to keep a clear path to the oil tank and its accessories. A $35.00 fee will apply if inaccessible.
*We are Unable to cancel orders that are within 24 hours of delivery period
Order will be assessed a 5% fee.
*Delivery is Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays) during normal business hours.

Force Majeure
Oil Only shall not be held liable for any delay in or failure of performance die to causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: unavailability of fuel supply, labor shortages or strike , embargoes, riots, war terrorist, accidents, disorders, acts of God, government orders or unforeseen change in circumstances .
We are fully staffed. If a delivery driver or technician needs access allow entry through the basement for inspection, please make arrangements.

Customer Obligation
Tank and Equipment
1.It is the customers sole responsibility to ensure the oil tank and any associated equipment (piping, oil
lines ) are compliant and functioning properly. Oil Only is in no way responsible for the oil tank and associated equipment. We do not accept responsibility for any error or malfunction of equipment or damages resulting from equipment failure or damages resulting from system failure of any kind nor are we liable for remediation of spills, leaks, or overfills as a result of equipment malfunction.
2. Oil Only has the right to visually inspect before or at the time of delivery without charge. If at anytime we feel that the tank is unsafe or unfit to receive a delivery, we can cancel your delivery.
3. If multiple tanks -we must be notified in writing. Tanks must be clearly marked to ensure delivery to correct tank- If not marked correctly - we will not be held responsible for deliveries to wrong tanks. If not clearly able to determine correct tank marked -delivery will be cancelled and an attempted fe e of @$25.00 will apply.
